Given that it is a private placement and likely be handled as restricted 144 stock, it will very little impact on the overall float. What it does portend is that the firm doing the PP will have a vested interest in supporting the stock after it is completed. However, they would also have a vested interest in driving down the price beforehand in order to accumulate more shares for that $1 million smackeroos. Cash in the bank is very positive. It takes capital to grow as you should know from your banking experience. At least we're not talking about convertible debentures or Reg S. Am I missing anything here?? EOM Regards, Ron
