Yes... and if the means to buy food are not there... it means a glut of money and means does not exist in many places.. Some things never change it seems.. Meanwhile we ply folks with unhealthy corn fed beef under the guise of efficient food production and bounty... all the while it is simply bad to eat.. Man took millions of years to evolve including his diet.. we are trying to change that in a few thousand years.. and really the changes are happening radically in the last 50-100... am I better off than my grandparents ? a full belly is not necessarily a healthy belly...

Plenty has plenty of pitfalls...
