08:30PM back to hotel. Contractor gave us grilled ribs with bread on hi camp at about 6:PM.
Now I most likely eat dessert only since I feel like eating some sweet stuff.

But tomorrow food intake will go up to compensate today's lower calories intake.

My trousers -at 58 years of age- are the same Nr. 32 I wear since I was 20 years old.
