yep....the stupid party strikes again

isn't this just another unconstitutional act, severing a part of the original legislation which has now been determined by judge vinson that the law as written was not severable?

That is simply wrong. Which party participants would be impacted by the 1099 requirement? Do you think the party of "takers" gives a damn that the "makers" of the world would have to follow that law?
