i guess we know why pelosi answers 'are you serious, are you serious'? when asked about the constitutionality of ACA.... these people (and i include the stupid party republicans in this) obviously have no respect for the constitution and they just make $hit up as they go along they passed the 1099 provision repeal AFTER the judge struck obamacare down, citing the unseverability of the legislation...and they respond with...ok, lets just take out that pesky 1099 clause... idiots.
