Skeeter,

Confirmation on the downgrades ... Dan Nile cut his estimates this morning ... this Q to .14 from .39 (what was he smoking?) and for the year to $1.10 from $2.60 ... don't know what he downgraded it to but don't imagine he still has it as a BUY ... his clients thank him for the timely advice. Maybe .14 makes sense if MUEI makes a profit but I don't expect the semi business to be that profitable ... more likely a breakeven or a loss ... the latter if they decide to make it a kitchen sink quarter and write off inventory. Otherwise he's still too high, as he was last quarter ... looks like your timing is right on about MU providing further 'guidance' to the analysts. What's TK's estimate for the Q and has he changed it recently???

'MU ................. woof! woof!'

regards, Mike

Can you smell the layoffs coming?
Big companies already using the axe.
Wouldn't want to be working over on
Karcher road these days.
Of course you can always go to work
for JR picking potatoes.
Too bad they don't do enough pruning of
the top branches.
When the times get tough its always the
employees (the last to know the first to go)
that get the shaft and not management.
Been there done that.
