Time to get the dialogue going here again. Would that the reason was good news, but 'tis not the case. We hit a new low today. This stock has not traded at 75 cents since 1991. I bought more yesterday at 13/16 and today at 75 cents because the fundamentals haven't changed and every indication is that DDL's business is progressing on plan. But I am concerned about one thing: how does this stock price swoon affect the merger with Jolt? Is there any language that increases the amount of stock the Florida investor receives for Jolt (or in the convertible debt arrangement) due to DDL's softened stock price? I sure hope not. I have a call in to the company to ask but haven't connected with them yet. Good luck, everyone! We sure need some.
