My 2003 Honda Element sprung a leak. Every time it rains, an inch of water ends up on the driver side floor. Any idea by what that could be caused? I have not had a chance to sit in it while it rains, to observe how and from where it gets in, but it's definitely rain related, and happens when the vehicle is simply parked. Yes, all the windows are tightly shut.

I have time to think about this, cause we're off to Europe for a month, day after tomorrow. Meanwhile, I'll park it in a garage, and take it in for service after we return.

But, if any of you have any ideas as to why this is happening, I am all ears.

The particulars of my Element are in the post to which I am replying.

TIA!
