Dave,

On 10/28 FIBR gapped down from a close of 3 1/2 on the 27th to an open of 3 1/16. The stock traded higher for part of the day but didn't close the gap. The volume that day was over a million shares so it's a significant gap. To make it easier, stay away from any PGDC's that have any gap.

Oh, the signal day must close OFF the low not on it. FIBR closed off the low on 11/10 with the proper volume requirement but that day was too close (9 trading days) to the 10/28 gap. If it doesn't gap down again it will give a signal but the upside may be limitted by that 10/28 gap.
