If the battery can run it for more than 10 hrs, the phone + dock for $499 is not outrageous. For just the dock, that is a little pricey. The $500 combo price requires a contract for a 2nd data plan. The dock itself is basically a battery, display, and keyboard. I would find it impossible to justify $500 for that little in return. I'd either get a separate netbook/tablet or spend the extra money to get a Macbook Air type of device. Slacker
