I believe those " coal and gas failures" is stuff that happens all the time w/o causing system problems.

Any luck on finding peer reviewed studies of the CO2 subduction process Wharfie? CO2 emissions could be a problem. We should understand the processes to see if we are making things better, or worse, and how much better. For such crucial data, The Science of peer reviewed studies should be well advanced.
