Rare earths -- REMX, the exchange traded fund for rare earths continues to look good. I recommended positions at the recent low. I still like this ETF. The Chinese control 95% of the production of rare earths. Consequently, he US will have to get into rare earth production. Buy REMX at the market, and double up if it closes above 25.5.
