I like the idea. However, the potential dangerous situation is that during hyperinflation the building's property tax may go sky high, while government makes rent control. Therefore, the landlord may lose money every month if he can't cover the tax with rent money. We don't have this problem now. But, who knows what the politicians will do to the landlords under that situation.

I am still searching a method to deal with these.
