I would love to see them hurt financially - but I know we cannot do it by hurting ourselves with a ridiculous carbon tax. I agree Liberals are misguided people that put too much faith in taxes, committees and blue ribbon panels that never actually solve anything. I agree Open up ANWR and the drill crap out of the place using the tax revenue to fund nuclear power plants and free ourselves of middle east oil. How is using tax money from the oil from ANWR to develop nuclear power plants any different from using tax money to subsidize wind and solar? Shortly after 9/11 I started a thread that promoted the avoidance of mideast oil. Subject 51879
