That means 1000 billion tonnes of CO2 has to be subducted (sic). I'd really like that nutcase to explain how we could do that... He should approach the President with his ideas. I'm sure he'd get at least a Nobel prize. He could patent the idea and make a fortune. Bring it on Winn.
