When and if we do go nuke, the best design is probably the French one. They have used one plant design and constantly improved it for 20 years. Makes it easier for them to retrofit. Will we use it? Not a chance.


The US public doesn't believe we will actually have rolling blackouts. 4 hours of power a day, that happens in Iraq where all the ministries are corrupt. If we see it here, political conditions will change in a hurry.
