With a few exceptions in general mostly a flat market price wise since Spring 2009 I sense it weakened a bit after the end of the homebuyer tax credit with those months before the expiration the strongest period the past two years.. Rents seem to now be rising for the past 6+ months. I think rents probably stabilize here and the remaining pool of distressed foreclosed property gets absorbed within 2 years
