Harry, excellent summary of what's wrong with sun these days. Today looks like a good not great day for the tech market. Everything I follow is up except coms which is getting trashed again, aol, and sun, which is down a drop. Still the fact that sun has no rebound momentum at 31 on an up day is a terrible sign. It means we are going to test 30 at a minimum, and probably head for the 20's. I think it will be a cold dark sunless winter for sun devotees.

The market cap on Sun now is around 12B, with sales over 10B in 1998, growth rate 30% per year, eps of at least $2.5 in 1998, with forward pe of 13, that'pretty cheap to me considering it's trading around 32.

Too bad Sun doesn't get respect from Wall Street.
