Back in the day a few peoploe on SI tried doing that with user names. It's still rampant elsewhere.

Boy did ADAWARE by Lavasoft do a questionnaire interview before they would let me delete the program. They want to know why you are creating that action and they say they use all feed back to enhance their program.
