Also changes in CO2 levels is not the only important factor" I asked you about CO2, nothing else. The effect depends on the other things. CO2 by itself doesn't determine climate or climate changes. Its like you asked me what the effect of driving 65mph are and you wouldn't say whether it was in the context of driving on the highway or down a residential street. The context matters. (Also in both cases the actual results are uncertain, even with the other factors broadly defined, which is similar to the situation with changes in global climate)
