some lied, others didn't. We need to remember that audits of mortgage tranches are showing lender fraud above 90% in some of these tranches. I know many many families that were screwed by fraud via corrupt lenders.

By definition banks are to do due diligence to see if the applicants are credit worthy or scam artist!!!! So for a bank to accept a liar loan and give the liar the money is not the liars fault. The bank disregarded over a 100 years of SOP!
Get it thru your head when you lied on a loan application you were denied the loan! Liars have been denied loans forever.
Then you want to blame the people who played the game as the banks dictated?
Step right up and have a shot to get rich.
