Wrong Buddy on several levels. The states don't accept any internet or computer photos of official documents. Maybe in your backwater town they don't know the difference and if so that needs to be investigated as a security problem. Secondly Obama never produced any certificate for proof of anything to anyone to date. Especially not to a court. So how would a document not presented be accepted? Obama won't be allowed on some states ballots without presentation of an official certificate in 2012. Further more vital statistics in no state destroys official birth records because they have computerized them. I think you have said that in the past or alluded to it.
