Would you consider jobs going overseas something that the gov't should do something about? No, but I'd be curious to know what corporations themselves believe could be done. For example, some estimates from corporations themselves on how many jobs could be created if corporate taxes were cut dramatically or even eliminated. At the same time, though, I doubt a straight answer could be gotten and there's no reason to think a corporation would automatically expand hiring just because its tax liability went away.
