Teva's approval is likely, no matter what some say, by mid-summer. That is my view, and I am modestly long.

But with enough hedging that everyone will be able to assert that whatever tEnox turns out to be, it is exactly what they said it would be all along.

The Occam's razor approach to all the Teva tergiversations about the imminent approvability of tEnox is simply that they had no idea what was going on and were misreading the FDA's interaction with them. If they were being devious they weren't very good at it.
