I never said anything about that at all - simply pointed out that since the state shifted to an electronic data storage system, (and ALSO changed their document formats), the old document forms are no longer supplied. (PS --- I'm sure that somewhere out there there are folks who - having in PREVIOUS YEARS requested COBs - probably have printed copied of the old forms stashed away in drawers and such at their own homes... but the old deprecated forms are not supplied by the state any longer. :-)
