not sure who mentioned it, i only spotted a comment by someone repeating a statement about it. i thought if he was posting here, maybe he could clear up the issue of reporting 1.7 million shares being issued for compensation and the news release that indicated that Morgan/Breton have not owned more than 300 K of stock.

BTW: no, i don't think mawork has much in the way of credibility. he should just post the truth if he has it.
