With the MS folks I think I'll target the importation of zero THC hemp flowers from Canada. Not the approval by them, but the approval of federal authorities. I figure these folks might be able to pull it off and would be motivated to try. I propose to drive truckloads of cannabis flowers all over the state. For the MS patients. Without federal restrictions, this should be able to be delivered at less than $10 per ounce to existing dispensaries. Zero THC cannabis buds.
