He gives the impression of TV that he is full of himself. He needs a more direct approach delivered with authority. He shouldn't rely on the depressing "we are at the edge of the cliff" routine. That isn't saying he isn't correct, but too many use that type of message to manipulate. He has to gat away from the "classroom" approach.
