You are a fool Kenneth. Want to bet Obamites submit a brief? Certainly they don't have to, but it would be foolish. Even they aren't as foolish as are you. I am very familiar with the presumption. That isn't at all the argument. I am also familiar with appeals. I believe the appeals court would find it interesting and amusing if Obama's people sat silent without offering a brief. Is it that you prefer the challenge is not defended and they rely on presumption? That is simply stupid as the Judge gave an opinion and it is that opinion that need be challenged. Your pals need not submit anything. They can walk away silently .
