What about the other home builders? TOL builds for the higher end of the market. But they have not gotten hit as much and their chart does not seem to have as much potential. But they have the best financial situation, it looks like. KBH looks so tempting though. If the whole group goes up, most of them will. TOL is no doubt a wiser choice though. I'm looking around for long term buys. I'm going to take a two-prong approach going forward. Market timing with some funds, very long term stock buys with the other. TOL is on my list. Thanks for the feedback.
