26 states and the National Federation of Independent Businesses are plaintiffs. Are you trying to tell me the abolition of that law doesn't apply to them if they're not in the southeast?

The administration argued in its brief that a single federal judge does not have the authority to bring an entire regulatory scheme to a halt prior to appeal. In his response, Vinson points out on page 13 that the statute they cited for this faulty conclusion was repealed by congress in 1976. LOL - what a bunch of boobs.

So I guess you were wrong.
