Mafias ruled since before the time of Christ.
Banks have BIG vaults to keep thieves out.
So when the thief walks in with a fraudulent document
and the banks give the thief the money whose fault is it?

This is what greenspan believed and found out the hard way he was 100% wrong. The markets will take care of the thieves.
What a naive douchebag.

Do not listen to the experts you may learn it is all the banks fault.
