Has there ever been a law struck down as unconstitutional by a lower court and not taken up by the Supreme Court?

The cases will be heard in 2 or 3 different Circuit Courts of Appeal before being heard in the USSCt.

Real estate is cheap there now. Why not hedge your bet and buy some real estate there now just in case? Beat the mad rush. Plus it should have read "in the 56 other states".
