Speaking of fair value:
S&P's proprietary fair value model puts ORCL's fair value at 45.40. "Fair Value" models can be based on many different things of course. Their Fair Value Model is based on a variety of fundamentals, not just present and predicted future earnings.
If Ellison's vision of the NC hits, then we could see even better value??? If it doesn't "hit" then I don't expect it to affect the stock price dramatically. At this point any earnings increase from possible NC success is not priced into the stock IMHO.

Regards

Both Zack's earning estimates and S&P valuation do not refelct the possible slow down and currency devaluation impacts from over seas markets. Please keep in mind, the SEA melt down has also impact the Eurpean and S. America markets.
