Well, I know that you, GZ, and Tide are all good, honest, and sincere conservatives to the core, so I am revisiting my views on Beck. I will read the book that GZ suggested. My wife is going to Barnes and Noble later today, and I told her to purchase a copy of "Common Sense" for me.

My views on Beck were formed when he held his Tea Party rally and began to invoke the words of MLK. Perhaps I took that out of context. Again, I will revisit Beck's positions based on the comments from you, GZ, and Tide.

Beyond the Tea Party rally, I have never really taken much from Beck's videos. He often seems silly and insincere to me.

I have never heard of Wilkow, but I do enjoy listening to Mark Levin. He is great. I generally agree with you about O'Reilly. I am hot and cold on Hannity.

So many seemingly good conservatives like Hannity, Buchanan, O'Reilly, and Beck often say many of the correct things, but they sometimes adopt odd positions that lead me to question their sincerity about the ideals of traditional conservatism. I would prefer that they all move farther to the right, and stop attempting to pacify the centrists and moderates. JMHO.
