TL I cant speak for Andy but I can confirm that the Cert request process is very bad for this stock. My certs were requested along time ago. I just recieved them last night, but while I understand your scenerio as the reason for the delay that was not the full case for mine...they did get mixed up initially in the TA confussion but where mine got wierd is that the new FL TA, showed mine leaving them on 10/21 yet my broker was convinced that it never happend, and after numerous repeated calls, me having to get kinda ugly (I dont enjoy doing that) and educating the broker call taker on how the process works several times, I finally get them to tell me that they came in and where returned back in. Not sent to me! That is not normal. Their excuse was the name change. Even I know that the name doesnt realy matter and I assure you I didnt request that they do this...so they got to reinitiate the request and swore up and down it would still take 3 weeks. The part I find pathetic was after demanding to speak to higher ups, telling them I was posting this whole affair on the Web, and would be sending a letter to the SEC and NASD, 5 minutes later I get a call back saying I would have them in 3 days!! (I got them in 4) does that sound normal?

We got the majority of our certificates through Trans Securites.
When the company announced that they were switching to American
Stock Transfer Company we were still owed 25,000 shares to be
certificated. We never put in the requests to our brokers because
AST never announced officially that they were printing certs. We
were also waiting for guidance from other shareholders who were
actively calling the AST. Once RMIL announced that the Florida
Transfer Company was their new TA we then put in the requests. Therefore
what ever the delay of our certificates is between Florida Transfer;
the DTC or some other party.
