Leo.Yes it kills me to even suggest VVUS in the high teens, but it has nothing to do with this co.'s FUNDAMENTALS! As I'm sure you are aware alot of damage has been done not only to VVUS but to most stocks in general. My BULLISH POSITION on this company is still UNWAVERED! Good Trading, DB

DR.BOND,VIVUS LONGS, WARNING , WARNING: Leo Francis is scrutinizing EVERYTHING YOU WRITE; looking for any whisp of evidence supporting his short outlook. So BE CAREFULL with what you say so as not to lead poor Leo on with false hopes. He is trying hard.You got to grant it to him. a HARD WORKING SHORT. (I didn't know if they existed, but Leo certainly could fit the bill). I think that in order not to mislead Leo in a heartless way, we should perhaps all adopt a 'hyping code' such as , " did you see Vivus RISE to new highs today?". Or if that didnt occur, gg, then we should say " well I sure hope that tomorrow will be a new sunRISE for Vivus". Or " Vivus is FUELING to EXPLODE ". Or something like that. Hopefully then Leo will turn his attentions somewhere else, like trying to short Zona!! gg. ( By the way I think there is real money to be made that way; you have t time it right ). Zona was down 4 points today at one time ( 32 ). I didn't go on the thread though.If I did I would feel that I am in the land of the walking dead;very depressing; don't need that. TA
