Appraisers and real estate agents are already in jail. Not one crooked banker. Who are you defending?

As for 1 in 50 not understanding....I was being nice. I doubt it was that low. Most folks on this thread are clueless when it comes to the real ins 'n outs of escrow, loans, etc.

Countrywide, Indmac, etc. were con games and the brokers lied and forged names and numbers.

Not one is in jail.
