Greg- another reason why the broker wanted the non-solicitation disclaimer might be that an analyst or principals at the brokerage IS ACCUMULATING the stock for THEMSELVES, and it would be unethical to push it to you. SEE this is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME opportunity to GET IN when the SUITS get in. Usually, the stock is @ $5 and THEN the SUIT will give you a HOT TIP(just like the tip of his head).
