To all: Many of you are playing down the impact of this announcement. I think we should look at this as just one of many of these types of announcements that only stand to benefit the company rather than hinder it. The more the company gets its name out there, the better chance it has of increasing its revenue.

I did not buy this stock because of announcements like this and I'm sure many other of you did not either. I bought it because these types of announcements play into a bigger picture of what the company is trying to accomplish and what it is all about. I think many of you are getting too hyped up and expecting way too much in the short run (as evidenced by the types of posts on here about pending "fab" announcements). If you believe the company is on the right track (they have done nothing to suggest otherwise), then we should all just sit back and wait for the positive earnings news to come out over the next 12 months and hopefully some big name contracts (which is what we are really waiting for) will start to emerge. The stock will move when the company is reporting solid earnings, strong revenue growth, and has a growing customer base.

I think we are spoilt now with all the alliance news.
If VIAS news came out say a month ago I for one would have jumped up and down like a drumken monkey.
VIAS news supported by all our existing alliances now puts clear on the global map !

As for the placement its gonna hapen so fast before we can blink our eyes. Those who already own are adding more through this pp
lacement I hear.

Jan asked about restriction; only restriction is the time frame to register with scc, once registered there is none. But what does it matter. They are not buying TPRO at a discount. They have to pay street price just like any one else.
There also is no discount to warants.

I also hear co feel very comfortable with Conf tomorrow and I qote "Joe you will be pumped tomorrow " was whispered in my ear theis morning.

Remember folks we are in this thing at 6 bucks ! Please look ahead to 98 and 99 !

Also for those whose got all the cash tied up in TPRO, we shall have margin soon, allowing us to expand our investment strategies, and it sh9uld be in time, when the market starts recover slowly. <I say this market will continue to go side ways till Jan 98>
Whatever the market will be no one will mess with y2k stocks. The vulnerability factor has gone out now. In other words no more risk. Our reward side has out grown the down side.

For those who are inexperienced in investing in such a stock with above avarage risk, a historical lesson is the nest way to understand the phenomena. A case study I would recommend is IOM, PRST, JBIL, and ZITL.

Once we have learned the history and market psych we can trade in and out of our TPRO. We have to learn to stay long and to take profit and sell at right time and buy right time etc.

Time is not right for trading now at this level.
We shall discuss that more in detail when we hit over 15. Which is not when but how soon !

Some ramblings from a drunken monkey (brings good luck by the way)
Joe TPRO

JDN--- UNfortunately I agree with you. The Answerthink thing got some publicity which is always welcome for TPRO. It sure cannot hurt, but it will unlikely do much good, let's hope a few $$ are attributable. After an ugly dip-- TPRO closed at 6- great support there at this time. On dilution of any kind look for that support to weaken and really think before adding more... how long until the next time? Until some $$ show up without dilution no more will go in my accounts, actually as heavily weighted with TPRO some of mine will be going into others accounts if this "rumor" proves true as suspected.

Banks have ceased to exist???? Short term loans no longer available in this country??? Or little thought given to stockholder equity????

ZZZZZzzzzz
