David, agreed. But the question is the market looks out 3-6 months and most would agree Fats has about a 90% chance of winning the contract. With the side by side in Dec(97, next month) and an award coming in Jan(98) at what point will Fats run up in anticipation of the contract?? It would seem to me this should make Fats a great trading stock over the next 90 days.
