The screams will be from wealthy dem operatives. The poor folk already have medicaid. The real racial instigation generally occurs in the summer just prior to the elections. That is when they stir the flames of racial injustice to steer the manipulated to the polls. ;^)

It happens every year without fail!

Screw the vermin what about the hurt families are feeling for having to pay for healthcare for somebody that isn't even in their family, somebody they don't even know, and most likely somebody that wasn't even born in this country?
