What can be controlled is what the government serves. Job one is cleaning that up.

As for encouraging fat lazy parents to prepare healthy food for their kids, good luck with that.

She has done all those things. I've caught or read bits and pieces of actual interviews where parents getting up a little bit earlier to pack lunches was discussed.
