>PowerQuest are a bunch of cry babies. I say that in the kindest possible way.

Calvin,

Your don't really think this of PQ do you? Just to give you a bit of history, PQ, for all intents and purposes, pioneered this technology. PQ had a viable product in Partition Magic on the market with a number of versions at least a year prior to Partition-It's arrival to the market.

As such, PQ clearly may have had technologies that they have developed that is rightfully theirs and 'patentable'. Realizing that patents are not just lobed out immediately nor without consideration, I'd say PQ may rightfully have a claim here. For QDEK not to take this seriously could be a big mistake indeed.

With this in mind, if PQ was infringed upon, they have every right and should nail QDEK big time! Your comments suggest that PQ shouldn't vigorously defend themselves and their technology?

Appreciating your past contribution, I think your comments were tongue in cheek, but personally knowing and very much respecting these folks at PQ and what they have accomplished, this comment just struck a cord.

Back to lurk mode,
