In any case, it's not an area that the Gov should be involved in. Which is the point really.... But the other part of it is that the government necessarily has to have a "one size fits all" policy. And where some kids can eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and be just fine, another kid may be sensitive to peanuts and then another sensitive to gluten. One kid on my son's wrestling team was a little bit pudgey. Doctor determined that gluten was a problem. He quit gluten and dropped 7lbs in about a month. A good diet for me isn't necessarily a good diet for the next guy.
