Meant "Dell and Intel".

excerpt from today's wsj concerning the troubles at COMS:

Adding some uncertainty to 3Com's stock could be Intel Corp.'s (INTC)
inroads into the networking business. Earlier this week, Dell Computer Corp.
(DELL) - a major buyer of 3Com's Ethernet network adapters - announced
its new line of low cost NetPCs will ship with a new Ethernet adapter designed
by Intel.

Erik Suppiger, an analyst at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Inc., said he believes
3Com will remain the dominant supplier of Ethernet products for Dell.
Nonetheless, he issued a research note Tuesday warning that Dell's
announcement represented "incrementally negative news" for 3Com.
