Being in the military I know about forms and for one form there is another, question here is. Is there another form that will need to be filed when the release is put out of acceptance?

WH ~ The gist is, it isn't effective until WE say so. The question is why? Questioning Helen the other day about the S-1 and the institutional investors, she mentioned that after they received the 5mil there was other interested institutions that said Hey, we want some of this too. She said that it might delay a news release regarding the infusion of capital until these 'others' get on board. That being the case, maybe the admendment has something to do with the registering of those shares. Just my guess but it seems to make sense that they would be willing to hold things up for a couple of million more. ~ Jack
