Harry,

From Ascend's 1996 annual report "International sales continued to increase. growing to 48% of total sales in 1996 from 29% of total sales in 1995.

"Sales in Japan were particularly strong increasing to 21% of the total in 1996 from 13% of total sales the year before."

Of significance is that sales are in Japan. ASND's exposure to Hong Kong is limited. Schneider has mentioned only 5% of total.
