Yes.........we got home around 2:00. The drive over the pass was uneventful. Road bare and dry, blue sky and not too much traffic. I don't know if you've noticed, but there seems to be a lot more trucks on the road.

I know what you mean about night driving. We try, but sometimes it can't be avoided.

I remember my first trip to Honolulu when I was 16. One of the locals told me it would have rain every afternoon. That the rain would be short in duration and warm. He said it cleansed the air and brought forth the scent of the Plumaria. It happened every day we were there (November) and it really was nice. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Safe trip and restful trip..... I'll take a look at your smug shots. ;)
