luis, from a pure technical point of view, I think that CAPR is going to settle further down. As I mentioned yesterday, there is liquidation post reverse split going on.

Luis, I just sold a stock that had a 1 to 10 reverse stock split; there was no news release ref to the joint company outlook/contracts, and it was sagging in price.....I haven't seen anything here either.

I think I will apply for the PR position!
